Goblet squats: 1x5@ (45 ramping up to 85 by 10 lb, then 85-100 lb by 5 lb.) Culminating in 2x6@100 and 1x10@90. Stopped at 100 due to inability to position dumbbell, same reason why working set was 2x6 rather than 3-4. Was looking to test 1RM on goblets, but forearm weakness prevented that.

Deadlifts: 1x5@135, 1x5@145, 1x5@155. Had that weird psychedelic light-headed thing happen during the warm up set.
