Stool: 3. Clogger.
Had blood drawn at UCSD for lab work. Hopefully I am healthy. There was a 90 minute "wait", it was totally unnecessary. They said it's because they recently updated the computer network, I don't care how you slice it there is no way a computer network is updated in the name of progress and allows you to sit around and gab with the other gals in your station while the waiting room becomes congested. Give off your fat asses and prick us.
Floated in isolation tank. Pretty interesting experience, definitely interested in doing it again. Less psychedelic, yet more soothing than I had expected. To cheapen it: it's floating on water while being pressed down by humid air, so you are just trapped there in darkness and your drifting in the water is exaggerated by your lack of proprioception so minute movements feel gigantic and you get that butterfly in the stomach sort of feeling of lateral Gs when you go over 25 mph on the spiral onramps. Much more pleasant than the turducken for sure.
This podcast was recommended to me. I've listened to mainly the ones featuring comedians I am familiar with and skipped the unknowns, out of boredom circled back around and picked up Chris Anderson's. Personal favorite, imagine that.
Got a notice in the mail about that ticket, I guess he decided to file.
Defending Your Life. Good film provides a positive message.

Single Leg Squats (Pistols). Interesting exercise. Unilateral strength requires a lot of concentration, progressing slowly.
