pull ups: Fx360 pull - 5 (15), Fx360 chins - 4, 2 reps 5th set (14). 29 total.
Ditched the wide grips, 1) currently unable to do them on preferred station. 2) No perceived benefit to my goals. 3) Poor ROM (point 6).
So for days 3 and 4 on Armstrong, I am alternating training sets between shoulder width pull ups and chin ups (i.e. pull for 3, rest, chin for 3, rest, repeat)
Guess I could add neutral grip chins, to stick with the format of three, but again kind of a pointless movement and only benefit would be direct bicep work.
