Health Insurance has determined it is not "medically necessary" for me to receive a capsule endoscopy because I have not had the following procedures: x-rays of the bowels after swallowing a dye, upper and lower endoscopy, or biopsy.

So what were the CT scans and colonoscopy with biopsy for?
