Dr. Mark Hyman on IBS. Seems like a quack, but I dunno, could be worth a shot. Definitely interested in getting a food allergy test. Operating under the assumption that spicy foods, (black) beans, broccoli, (brown) rice, almonds and maybe oats all may be triggers for me.
